Tail Void Filling Model of Backfill Grouting of Shield Tunnel

Based on the confirmation of grout rheological characteristics and rheological parameters values, simultaneous backfill grout filling model was derived by Bingham fluid.Parameters sensitive analysis shows that grout filling ratio present non-linearly decline tendency with increasing of the grout rheological parameter values, fastening of shield advancing rate, decreasing in pump pressure, enlarging of segment diameter, or cutting down of jet hole number.
