Eight Features of Knowledge Economic Age and National Initiative System
The knowledge economy has eight characteristics, among which initiative is its soul. The initiative inclnues cognitive, systemic, technological and management initiative. All of them own their categories, functions and interactions, so that a national initiative system should be built up to integrate and strengthen those interactions.
