The Necessary and sufficient Conditions for the Product of Two Fuzzy Matrices to be a Constant Fuzzy Matrix
Two fuzz matrices B and A, of which A is a constant fuzzy matrix,has been considered.The author has established sufficient condition for B A to be constant in previous paper.The results is improved,and the necessary and sufficient conditions are given for B A to be constant in this paper.
