Time Serials Analysis of Chip Breaking Signals and the In Precision Boring

Based on the monitoring system consisting of two acceleration sensors, which measure the vibrations of the boring bar in the direction x and respectively researches are carried out to extract the featured variables using the time serials analysis method in precision boring process. In experiments, by observing and investigating the formation of three chip forms: long chip, short chip and chip jam, the effective featured variables to identify three chip forms are studied and extracted by the time serials analysis method.
