    Theoretical Analysis of Time Control Program of Pressing-off Suction Valve During Partial Stroke

    • Reciprocating compressor is the high energy consumption equipment in the petroleum chemical industry.Gas regulation methods nowadays for the reciprocating compressor can be classified into four categories based on the different action parts.The feature comparison of these methods can provide reference for reasonable use in production.Time control program of the pressing-off suction valve during the partial stroke is focused on and the specific work process is studied.The movement law of the suction valve plate and unloader in the time control program are emulated through an example.Then,the selection of the open force and the relationship between displacement and withdrawal of the open force are deducted mathematically.The result provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of this new gas regulation technology.
