    Ink Flow Field and Ink Transferring Rate on Two Ink Rollers

    • To improve the quality of printing and know the process of ink transferring,the velocity and pressure of the ink flow field were analyzed when the two ink rollers rotate.Based on this,a method was proposed to calculate the ink layer thickness,and then the ink transferring rate can be got.The ink layer thickness and ink transferring rate were calculated under different conditions according to this method,and factors,such as rolling speed,diameter of ink roller and the previous ink layer thickness,which affected the ink flow and transferring rate were analyzed.The result shows that ink transferring rate increases with the increase of rolling speed and ink layer thickness and decreases with the increase of ink roller diameter.
