    Wide-thick Clad Plate Hot Rolling Force Model During Forming Process

    • To effectively improve wide-thick clad plate hot rolling forming quality, stainless steel and low alloy steel laminated composite structure material were taken as the subject, wide-thick clad plate hot rolling process was formulated according to the technical requirements of wide-thick clad plate structure composite and collaborative deformation processing. The hot rolling composite deformation area was divided into two sections marked I and II. Based on metal flowing deformation rule during hot rolling process, the directions of frictional shear stress τ on each interface were determined and rolling force calculation formulas of hot rolling stainless steel clad plate were derived.Resultsshow that the rolling force model can accurately predict the rolling force and effectively improve the calculation accuracy of rolling force. The stainless steel clad plate after hot rolling forming manufacturing meet the technical requirements and the formulated process route is reasonable, which can be used to guide the practical production.
