On Generalization of Stability of the Trivial Solution for the Nonlinear Equation of Order 4 x+ax+bẍ+φ(x, ẋ)+d·x=0
In this paper, we discuss stability of the trivial solutions for a more general equation of order 4 with three nonlinear terms. Sufficient conditions for stabilization of trivial solutions of thses equations are obtained and results related to those of Ogutsov et al are extended.
