A Kind of CAD/CAM Network System Based on I-DEAS

The uncertainty of the product demand, the nonlineariu'es of the product task and the imbalance of the load for machine are the key issue lying ahead of manufacturing industry today. CAD/ CAM network system based on I-DEAS has provided an efficient scheme of solution for this issue. The system takes NT local access network as platform and I-DEAS software as core to link up several NC equipments and takes full advantage of the existing software, hardware and human resource of the enterprise.
