Setting up Vegetable Exporting Base of Kang Zhuang Town and its Industrial Development

This project concentrates on vegetable industry and operational model which bases on Kang Zhuang town. From SWOT analysis, we can see clearly that there are some strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Kang Zhuang town to develop its vegetable exporting base. Therefore, we have designed the operational model and also put forward our recommendations about strategic management.
