    Application of Wavelet Packet Transform on Fault Diagnosis of Snapped Bolt in Gear-box

    • Application of wavelet packet transform to fault diagnosis of gear-box is introduced.From wavelet packet transform of vibration signal to gear-box,the fault information of gear-box bolt snapped can be effectively extracted.According to the fault mechanism,vibration signal of rotating machinery has steady frequency-distribution.If every feature of fault frequency can be extracted,symptoms for fault diagnosis can be provided.
