    Preparation of Ceramic Support of Tubular Pyrolysis Silicon Based Membrane

    • The heat expansion coefficient of ceramic support was regulated by changing the compounding ratio of powerdered silica as inorganic component and powerdered glass as binder. On consequence, the heat expansion coeffocoemts of the support and pyrolysis silicon based membrane on surface layer are almost tile same, which prevents the crack of membrane caused by high temperature. Also by changing powerder size and pore size as well as the distribution of the components such as inorganic powder and pore-forming agent can get the pore constitution of caramic support under control. In this way a porous ceramic support is prepared, which meets the requirement in respect of pore constitution, strength and heat expasion coefficients, ets.
