Analysis Method of Alkylphenol and Bisphenol-A in Environmental Samples

Alkylphenol and bisphenol-A are two kinds of environmental hormone widely existing in environment do great harm to the environment and the human health. In order to provide some valuable references for the environment operator in the analysis work， recent advances of the testing methods of alkylphenol and bisphenol-A in environment samples are reviewed. The pretreatments are focused on the methods in common use at present, i.e., solid-phase extraction (SPE) and solid-phase micro extraction (SPME)， The analysis technologies mainly include chromatography and the combined technology of chromatography and mass spectrometry. The principles, characteristics and applications of these methods are discussed.
