Abstract

The crystal structure of tetragonal barium titanata was determinted at 23.7℃ by means of the split atom method, besed the data collected by an X-Ray four-circle diffractometer. It is shown that the Ti atom distributes partly disorderly. A comparision with the former results was made and the relationship between tetragonal phase structure and cubic phase was discussed as well.
