Constitution of Database Access Interface in LabView by ADO

The application of ActiveX data objects (ADO) to the constitution of database access inferfaces in LabView is introduced. By comparing different Database access interfaces in LabView, a method for building database access interfaces based on ADO is illustrated. An example in practical development based on the method is presented in the paper. Finally, the application of the database access interface in the machine monitor/control system is discussed.
