Abstract
To detect the PAEs in environment accurately, a method for the determination of six phthalic acid esters of environmental hormone in sediment samples by using microwave-assisted extraction and gas chromatography was proposed.Several factors that affect recoveries of analytes were optimized by orthogonal design. The optimized results were as follows:extractant was Acetone:hexane(1:1), extraction time was 15 min, extraction pressure was 0.2 MPa, and extraction power was 70%.Linear correlation coefficient was over 0.99.The range of linear was 1~500 mg/L.The limits of detection was between 0.40 and 4.58 mg/L. The repeatability expressed as relative standard deviation was between 5.9%and 12.3%.The method was applied to analyze six phthalic acid esters of environmental hormone in sediment of park water environment. Six phthalic acid esters were determined by different degrees. The volumes of BBP were 250.6μg per gram of soil and 281.2μg per gram of soil, while the volumes of DEHP were 259.9μg per gram of soil and 170.3μg per gram of soil.
