  • The austenitic stainless steel corrosion-resistant thermal spraying cored wires with rare-earth elements were developed. The experimental research shows that all the developed wires possess good thermal spraying usability. Owing to the rare-earth elements added, adhesions of the coatings and the corrosion-resistance of the coatings in oxide solutions increase while the porosity decreases.
