Abstract
A general purpose circuit analysis program ADIC-1 is described in thiss paper. It has a circuit input language for the convenience of users. ADIC-1 used the modified nodal approach to form newtwork equation, a new sparse matrix algorithm for M. N. A, a new non-linear iterated algorithm and a new implied variable order and variable step integrating algorithm, so that its efficiency is higher. In addition to normal DC., AC and TR analysis, it also contains DC and AC sensitivity analysis. The pfogfam contains models of diode, seperated and integrated BIT, JFET and MOS FET. By using sub-circuit statement, user can himslfe define the models of the new devices. ADIC-1 provides a strong tool for the analysis and design of the seperated and integrated circuits.
