On Structure-Carcinogenic Activity Relationship

The abstract of report reviews on the research of structure-carcinogenic activity relationship. The situation of this field since.the leading works of schmidt and Pullmans is discussed. The author evalutes the "Bay-region Theory" Proposed recently, and the "Di-region Theory" proposed recently in China. In terms of the viewpoint that the key step of carcinogenesis is the interstrand cross-linking between complementary base pair of DNA, the author put forward a new conception related to the mechanism of the cancer inhibition by antioxidant.
