Technology of NC Machine Error Parameter Identification Based on Fourteen Displacement Measurement Line

Based on the error analysis method of multi- body system, a more accurate modelling method for NC machine error parameters identitication has been presented. Aiming at 3-axis NC machine error parameters identitication, a kind of fourteen displacement Line's synthetic measuring method is also given out. Through this method the error parameters of NC machine can be directly solved and the phenomenon of error transitivity in the traditional method has been avoided.
