The Application of Fuzzy Decision-Making in Investment of the Airport Construction

Decision-making about investment of the airport construction not only deals with economic effects and social benifits, but relates to policies as well. So it has complexity and fuzziness to some extent. By means of Fuzzy Mathematics and theories of Fuzzy Graph, the authors have made the decision about prior investment of it; and according to the result, it is predicted that more tham 60 percent of the tension in air-transportation will be relaxed during the seventh "five-year" plan.
