Research on the Growth, Structure and Powder Frequency-doubling Effects of KTNP Crystals

The KTNP series single crystal were grown by using high temperature solution with seed crystal through dropping temperature method. The properties of KTNIP solution, growth unit and the morphology of KTNP crystal were studied. Thelattice parameters,infrared spectra, Ultra-Visible absorption spectra and powderfrequency-doubling effects were determined. Some results of research work are briefly discussed.
