Incremental Bulk Moduli of Elasticity of the Lung

The incremental bulk modulus K of the lung has been measured. Both open airway and closed airway are considered. The volume increments of the lung are imposed by the equipment and the corresponding pressures are measured. From the pressure-volume curves the incremental bulk modulus is computed.
