Abstract

A comprehensive assessment index system including bearing,maintenance,decoration and fitment,water supply and drainage,heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC),and electrical sub-systems,is developed in this paper by improving the anyalytical hierarchy process (AHP) method.Qualitative or quantitative evaluation standard and grade are set for every index in the system,and a corresponding evaluation model is constructed to implement fuzzy quantitative evaluation from the sub-system to the intergrated for office buildings.Finanlly,the comprehensive assessment index system and the fuzzy assessment method are demonstrated by engineering practice.
