Abstract
The authors put forward theoretically a mathematical model for the mechanism of oscillations in Fluidic Oscillator Floweter, and developed a new method to analyze the mechanism of wall-jet Switches. Theoretical analysis has shown that Strouhal number is a constant, if Reynolds number is larger. And a fine linear relation may thus be kept between the flow rate and the frequency of oscillations, as has been proved by the experiments.
