    Experimental Study on Scale Inhibition Behavior of Polyaspartic Acid

    • In order to understand inhibition behavior of polyaspartic acid on calcium carbonate, experimental study has been carried out with a static method under different conditions. As a result, the polyaspartic acid shows the best calcium carbonate inhibition capability for high calcium concentration at the temperature under 60 degree. The scale inhibition rate can be more than 90%. Besides, it has analyzed the mechanism of polyaspartic acid's scale inhibition with the SEM technology.
