Village System Planning in Tongzhou District

Aiming to the lack of general guidance to the village development during the new rural construction, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of conditions of village development based on summarizing problems of village development in Tongzhou district, including village size, nature factor, urban planning effect, economic condition, and village site. According to these factors, villages in Tongzhou district are divided into three parts, including urbanization-style, remove-style and remain-style. And it proposes the time sequence for recent construction projects and analyzes the effects after planning. This paper also probes into the methods and suggestions of different village development.
