    • Orthogonal test is a handy and scientific method. This paper has introduced its use in erosion research at high temperature. The conclusion is that NiCrAl coating is the most erosive-resistant in the pladma-sprayed coatings. After laser-remelting, Cr2O3 coating is the best, and WTiC2/NiCr coating is the next at 400℃, At 700℃, Cr3C2/NiCr coating is the best, X40(0.3) coating is the next.
