    Fresnel Diffraction Field for Arbitrarily Oblique Illumination

    • General case of the tilt of grating normal in arbitrary direction with respect to the illumination direction has been investigated. It has been Verified that the Talbot imaginary planes are parallel to the grating plane. Additionally, the calculation model of intensity distribution for Talbot image pertinent to special case is presented.
