Study on the Movement Accuracy Analysis and Control for CNC Grinding Machining Tool

The movement accuracy of CNC grinding machining tool is the important influence factor for the precision of geometric shape in the grinding process of large workpiece structure. Based on the kinematics of multi-body system, the movement equation for CNC grinding machining tool is built and the essential condition equation that the precision grinding process can be implemented is derived. The NC instruction building method which is suitable for the movement control in precision grinding process is also presented in this paper.
