Determination of Object Delformational Direction in Interferometry with Vector Analysis
The method for determinating deformational direction with wave front shearing is studied in detail.With a vector the wave front shearing can be symbdlized It is easy to determinate the deformational direction of any complex deformation with vector analysls The experi mental results are also given.
