    Three-dimension Numerical Simulation on Cross Wedge Rolling of Shaft Parts

    • In this paper,a three-dimension parameterized model of mold and a work piece are established by software Pro/E,which are imported to finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and a finite element model of cross wedge rolling stepped shaft is established,the cross wedge rolling deformation process of shaft parts is simulated with finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the internal strain and surface deformation of the work piece are gained in the process of rolling.The study provides reference and theoretical foundation for other parts of rolling forming mechanism and rules of deformation.
