Study on the Correlativity Between Seismic-electrical Abnormal Rectangle Pulsation Signals and Volcano Eruptions

The authors put emphasis on the statistic and analysis of seismic-electrical abnormal rectangle pulsation signals and volcano data worldwide from 1991 to 1999. The worldwide seismic-electrical and volcano data are transformed into appropriate statistic models, which are sdl(i), sd2(i), sml(i), sm2(i), ved(i) and vem(i). Correlation coefficients, which are R_sdl,ved(m), R_sd2,ved (m),R_sml,vem (m),R_sm2,vem(m) between signal models and volcano eruption models are calculated and tested. The results show that there is relationship between the seismi-electric abnormal rectangle pulsation signals and volcano eruptions.
