Abstract
Analysing the spectrum of diffracted lights produced by a stationary acoustaoptical modulator, we propose a method of the measurement of standing wave ratio (SWR) in ultrasonic field of the device. Using this method, we measured SWR of a stationary device with 30MC as 1.15. The error is less than 2% in the experiment.
