Room Spatial Distribution Conforming Modern Residence Idea

On the condition of the present low residence standard, the method of unitising the service function of mult-room space into a single space is adopted to alleviate the present situation of lacking sufficient muti-room residence. Based on nLDK theory and as viewed from the rationalization of living space, esp. from the relations between the pattern of floor distribution of modern residence and family activities, the author adopts the classification to analyze and sum up the important points of room spatial distribution, and proposes the basic principles and methods conforming modern residence idea, which provides the reference for the systematic research of evaluating housing quality.
