Further Study on the Relation Between Control Delay and Stop Delay

Based on the analysis of the process of vehicle travel at signalized intersections, this article studies the relations between the control delay and stop delay. At last, the field data are used to test the reduction coefficient between control delay and stop delay. The result shows that the relation between stop delay and control delay is not a simple multiple relation but is related to such factors as signal timing, etc.
