  • This work not only summed up the research and application evolution about the industrial heat pipes but also analyzed their key technologies (compatibility, Liquid-gas phase transition, multi-phase flow and heat convection). A combination method of chemical inactivation and oxidation H-elimination which can prolong the service-life of industrial heat pipes and the optimum method to enhance the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer efficiency are proposed.
