Improvement of the Experiment of Partial Capacitance

In this paper the method of measuring the mutual potential coefficients α_jk is given.Now α, β and C can be measured completely in the experiment of partial capacitance, and their relations studied.The details and data of the experiment are provided according to the order of α to β to C.The result shows that this experimental line is feasible and the relative errors of α, β and C are all within 6%.
