Study on the High Temperature Mechanical Properties of SiCp/ZA22 Composites
Silicon carbide particulate reinforced composites with ZA22 alloy matrix were fabricated by semisolid metal mixing adding squeeze method. Their high temperature mechanical properties were studied by comparing with that of ZA22 alloy, and the influence factors to improve the properties were analysed. Besides, an optimum size and volume of SiC particle in the composites were put forward.
