A CAD Parameter Optimization Approach for an Adaptive System

In this paper we present a method of determining the parameters of a model-reference adaptive system based on the digital simulation and parametric optimization technique, in which the simplex method is used. In the digital simulation, a recurrence algorithm is used in order to improve simulation precision and reduce the total computer time. The optimal parameters of an adaptive system are determined by using this method and the simulation results are satisfactory.
