Abstract
To meet the need of posture alignment and fine finishing of wings after assembly, a threedimensional numerical control localizer for various wings flexible supporting was developed. The layout and projection stroke on the platform of the numerical control localizer were analyzed. Optimization functions of numerical control localizer stroke were established based on the rectangle characteristics of localizer projection on the platform. The genetic algorithm was used to find out the optimal layout and stroke of localizers. Finally, an example of the algorithm was verified.Resultsshow that the proposed method is feasible, and provide a basis for wing flexible supporting layout and three-dimensional numerical control localizer structure design.
