    Experimental Study on Physical and Mechanical Properties of GRC Formwork

    • There are many factors such as,antiflex strength,frost resistance,dry-shrinkage factor,bulking factor,water content,water absorption,density and so on which influence natures of GRC formwork.In order to research the internal relations among them,these factors and the corresponding levels are studied by orthogonal experiment and theoretical analysis.The significance sequence of factors and variation laws which performance indexes of GRC plate change with levels of each factor are presented.According to the significance grade of plate performances,influence factors,and the different degree of each factor's level influencing performances,through overall balance analysis,two matched groups which could bring high performances are obtained and the corresponding indexes are estimated.And the results have proved to be satisfying.The experimental results show that the GRC plate following along the matched groups provided by this paper is more suitable to be used as construction formwork.
