  • This article tries to define the enterprise financial crisis in a new view of “Complex Adaptive System” (CAS). It gives a dynamic micro-economy system whose core agent is enterprise, describes the action between agents and the system, analyzes the complex features of agents and explains the reasons of financial crisis and evolution mechanism of the system.
