    The Principl and Design of Germanium Infrared Acousto-optrc Modulator

    • The infrared acousto-oplic interaction modes in single crysta Germanium are calculated systema-tically. A new design procedure for infrared acousto-optic modulator is given. A Y 36° cut LN/Ge(111) acousto-optic modulator with the central frequency of 50 MHz in designed and manufactured, in this way.
