    Evolvment of 0.7 Structure in Mesoscopic Physics

    • The current research situation and methods of 0.7 structure in mesoscopic physics are summarized and analyzed.The authors introduce mainly the experiment model of quantum point contact studied by Thomas et.al.,and spontaneous spin polarization model based on density functional theory and Green's function technique.In the end,the authors point out the direction and physical significance of the study of 0.7 structure.
