Abstract
The trivalent metal-organic frameworks (MOF) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions using aluminium nitrate, terephthalic acid and organic solvent dimethylformamide.The samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), FT-IR and BET specific surface area for their properties.The metal-organic frameworks accepted at 190 ℃ have larger specific surface area, particle size and better structure stability.
