Reliability Physics in New Technological Revolution

In this paper,some new concepts on reliability physics have been proposed.On these bases,the way to deal with developing reliability physics in the new technological revolution of our country has been expounded by considering the practical problems exhibited in our microelectronic technological development and international new achievements on reliability physics.
