Abstract

In order to appraise and validate the function and action effects of knowledge management in information systems project management (ISPM), appraisal index system of knowledge management in ISPM is constructed on the basis of theoretical analysis, and fuzzy set comprehensive appraisement is selected, and demonstration is carried out. It shows index system is correct and selected method is rational and the method may appraise the effect of KM in ISPM and find the weakness.
