Construction Simulation and Deformation Control for the Steel Structure Installation of People's Daily Office Building

  • To effectively control the deformation of steel structure during the construction process, and improve the accuracy and safety of the installation, finite element software was adopted to simulate the development of structural deformation and stress under different installation conditions on the People's Daily office building steel structure installation. According to the simulation results, the installation program and installation recommendations were proposed. During the installation process, the deformation and stress of the structure were monitored and compared with calculation results to ensure the structural safety. Meanwhile, pre-set deformation method was adopted to control the deformation structure installation.Resultsshow that using pre-set deformation method during the construction process, the accuracy of the installation can be improved and the structural form can be ensured to meet design requirements; therefore, the mechanical properties of the structure are more reasonable.
