Schematic Design of Electromagnetic Lifting System for Wide and Heavy Plates

On the basis of the methodology of the system integration, this paper introduces the constitutive principle of lifting system of wide and heavy plate and the several key issues relevant to both the system configuration design and the unit design. Emphasis is made on the constraint condition of system design, the entire allocation design of magnets, the high-temperature-resistance special purpose magnet design and the work principle of electric control sub-system. Especially, in the field of electromagnetic lifting technology, the concept of precise adjustment of magnetic attraction is introduced for the first time and has been applied to design practice of lifting magnet.
